New Grad and moving states?

Nurses General Nursing

I'm a pre nursing student and I really want to eventually end up in Florida. I'm unsure of what I should do though. I go to school in NC, but I'm curious if it would be easier to transfer to a college in Florida before starting nursing classes. Or would it be easier to work in NC for a year after graduation, then move to Florida? Is it typical to get a job at the hospital you do clinical at? Will having CNA experience benefit me when it comes to searching for a job? All input is welcomed and valued. Thank you for your time :)

Just finish anywhere! Your license can get transfer between states with some fees and paperwork. Not all states are transferable, there is a large group of them. They are called nursing compact states( google it)
