I'm writing an article for an online nursing journal and would like to interview any nurse managers. My topic is what do you do to make work easier/more organized? Between staffing issues, creating a team environment, patients, and implementing HIPAA, how do you do it? Does your hospital/clinic provide you with any programs or ways to improve?
