please be aware that the thread:

mollen immunization clinic - what's your experience?

it has been closed and returned to public view until october 4th by brian, an bb owner. it will then be removed from public view.

members had been warned that company policies could not be posted as considered proprietary private and confidential information, yet members persisted in posting internal company documents at this website.... potential litigation nightmare.

anything one posts publicly on a website is open for discovery in case of lawsuit. i had great concerns reading about posters who stated they had never read manual, would "wing it", stumbled through first shift, concerns re partially used vials, storage container temperature concerns ---all seeking advice here rather that through employer = mollen.

just takes one disgruntled customer performing internet search, finds member who posted when they are working at store, sends email bb member, cc to corporate .. an member responds then your email address now revealed to all ---especially if you listed your email on employment application, personal identity revealed.

we implore you to think carefully in the future. please use our admin help desk if further discussion warrented.

if you have not read our terms of service recently, may need brush up on website policy.

the thread will remain in view until october 4th.

I just wanted to mention that the initial intention of us allowing this thread to exist was not to have commercial business conducted and commercial exchanges between employer and employees.

That is not what allnurses.com is about. These kinds of conversations do not belong on AN. They should be handled with the company in question.

Sorry for not handling this sooner, sorry for any inconvenience this has on our members. If you want to access your post and have them for your record, please search, copy/paste, print or whatever means you want to archive your post(s) before Oct 4th.

Thanks for your understanding.
