LPN nurse supervisor

0I had and interview this week and am sure I am going to get offered the job. I am an LPN and am being offered a nurse supervisor position to be over 4 clinics with 16-20 MA's. The salary for a nurse supervisor here in Washington ranges anywhere from 80,000 to 100,000 per year, however nurse supervisors typically aren't utilized in the clinic setting. Since the structure is different here and I am an LPN I am not sure what to request. Are there any LPNs that are this type of nurse supervisor?

Well I mentioned between 70-80,000 at the first interview so I am just going to wait and see what they offer before making any counter offers. If anyone has any input I would greatly appreciate it

I did and then they let me go a month later because they didn’t want to pay for it.
