I'm an experienced cna for about 7 months now and applied to a community hospital and got scheduled for an interview for a cna position they told me that I was going to be filling out some paperwork the day of the interview does this mean I'm hired

No, I've heard of many hospitals giving out papers/tests for interviews.

They probably mean paperwork as in a job application, or recommendation address/phone numbers info, there maybe a test. I've taken tests for CNA jobs.
