Pretty much all the supplies. I go to 3 different units and each unit is set up differently even though they are all tele floors.

Which stool samples go in which cups. Same with urine.

Oh, here's a good one:

You would think that after all these years I would, but every danged time I have to call the Lab and get the info and write every step down. Duh.

Mine mostly are paperwork involved...we have 3 different places where forms, orders, consents, etc are stored and it usually requires me to look in all 3 before I find what I am looking for...ugh.
