I need help to save my california lvn license

I need help to save my california lvn license before 5/29/05. can anyone tell me how to either stop my license from being revoked or to petition for reconsideration. i have dui convictions-5 yrs ago and a drug possession conviction-3 yrs ago. i sent the board all info and never heard from them till now. 1 yr ago they renewed my license. yesterday i got a letter stating they sent me an notice of defense form and that i never responded thereby am in default. My court probation will be over in 5 months - after 3 yrs of total compliance.

:stone my goodness I am so sorry to hear that. Please contact them immediately and set up an appointment or something. I am sure you can explain or get to an agreement. You need to act immediately and do not wait until may 29th. It is practically around the corner and you want to make things right.
