I just recently joined this site and think it is really awesome, but until now can I officially say that I am a nursing student. I was accepted into Southern Illinois University Edwardsville nursing program and it is such a big relief. I know I will have a lot more stress as a nursing student to come put honestly I'm glad it's coming and now I am one more step towards graduating! I just had to share. Yay!

Good for you! I remember the excitement and relief I felt when I was accepted. You're right, there is a lot of work ahead, but you are on the path you've chosen. Getting admitted into your chosen program is a big accomplishment, in itself!

I met a new grad just before I started school I asked for words of wisdom. I carried them with me all though school and it made every difference. Here is what she said.
" No matter what never ever give up." I pass them on to you. Hold them close.
