How much liability insurance?

I am getting personal liabilty insurance and it gives me several options for coverage. Should I go with the most coverage? Or does that make you a target as far as potential lawsuits?

@ 80 dollars a year is quite the deal!

They send me quarterly emails besides regarding keeping one's license free from malpractice besides.
