The RN Staff Council at our hospital is in the process of contract negotiations. Our problem is this...for various reasons we are having difficulty recruiting, and predomintly, retaining staff. I am interested in learning about any incentives offered where you work. Of particular interest are things like contract-renewal bonuses, salary increases, bonuses offered for being called in on a scheduled day off, recruitment/sign-on bonuses, etc. Any input would be appreciated.
