What is everyones work schedule like on nights?

Mine is Th, Fri, Sat (sun/mon off), then tues, wed, th...then six days off. I like it because I can switch back on my six days off for my daughter, but three in a row has been exhausting me.

Any have any other schedules that work well, but also allow multiple days off in a row?

I work 7p to 7a. Personally I like working weekends because it gives me more time in the evenings with the kids to work on homework. So I tend to work Fri/Sat/Sun. We self schedule and schedule our call days for the most part. Right now we are doing 24-30hrs of call in a 6 week schedule. We are required to do 2Mondays, 2 Fri, and 2 Sat/Sun in 6 weeks, and I tend to just do 2 Mondays, and then the rest Fri/Sat/Sun, although I do give myself one weekend or a partial off a month. I also homeschool my 4 yr old so this gves us time alone during the weekday when the big kids(grade 6, 4, and 2) are in school for me to teach her. It works for us. The hubby has a weird schedule where some days he does 12-8, 9-330, 9-5, and 7-230(mechanic work). so it also helps if I work on weekends where my oldest can help watch the littlest while I sleep.
