No employers have asked for my transcripts at all. They verify the license and contact previous employers, do the background check and that is about it. But for those employers that want the transcripts, I would imagine they would require all transcripts.

I've never been required to provide transcripts to an employer.

Either way, if you are applying for a job and you want to be in the running, you are going to have to comply with whatever that particular employer requests.
