1. In an agency with all RNs and very few CNAs, who do you delegate to? What do you do when you need help and your CNA is not available?

When I went on a Med Surg floor I had a patient that needed cleaning. I couldn't find the CNA so the time it took me to find her I just went on and did it myself. If the job was too much I would grab some extra hands. Delegation can be a pain in the ass. You would think some people understand their duties. I personally do not feel I am beneath cleaning, bathing a patient but with so many other duties to do I can't do it all.
