Davita Hemo or Kindred ICU?

Nurses General Nursing

Hi I am honestly torn between Hemodialysis or ICU. I got an offer Friday for Davita Houston ($28) and Kindred Spring ICU ($31.50). I am a foreign grad nurse and I have 1 year exp overseas as MedSurg RN and 6 mos PCT/ Dialysis Tech exp here in Houston before I took my Nclex RN (sept 2016)... I had to quit my PCT job cause I took my Nclex review and exam overseas. As much as I want Dialysis because it is something I know but a part of me wants to explore more and widen my skills, knowledge and experience. I'm torn between taking the familiar route or going somewhere unknown, challenging and new to me and become a marketable nurse in 2-3 years and work towards becoming an anesthetist... but at the same time I'm scared because it's ICU and they just offer 6 weeks training.

ICU is where it's at! Just make sure to give it a few months and the constant crapping your pants feeling goes away
