CRNI salary

Usually a certification in your speciality does not get you much monetarily speaking if at all! I am paid what the union contract states and since we are not paid one cent extra for a certification that is what I get...nothing! Some contracts and hospitals and Home health agencies pay a bit more. My hospital job pays nothing for my CRNI and my HH job classified me as a specislist and I got a pay raise per hour.In Ca some union contracts will pay 100 dollars per month extra but you must be working in the area of the certification.

My hospital only paid for med-surg and critical care certifications and it was 75cents per hour
