is anyone out there know how to I could communicate with a scheduling lady called client services manager at my job? I am very respectful, reliable, accountable night nurse, as a field nurse lpn, I thought this HHC company would be different, its worse. I just try to be positive and thankful, honest. When I have a question I can never reach the RN clinical Managers ever and when I go they transfer me back to these people, its an international company I was so unhappy when I found out how dishonest it was, insurance, benefits, hours available. I was happy to take nights, because I stay awake and do my job, with HHC they cant keep any night nurses bc they sleep and watch tv. I was promised things that didn't happen, I have exp. not just prior HHC experience. I know how it works I know that's why we make good money. The scheduling people, HR department lies, ive never seen anything like it, I know we have are good and bad places, idc or want to focus on that. I want to contact my scheduler via email bc I work nights, and everyime I call her she wont take no for an answer to the point where she is so rude, I already feel like a highly paid servant nanny. Its like I haven't had my 90 day eval yet which I want, the scheularer says u have commitment commitment when in reality if im not part time like promised, work night shifts bc they cant get any nurses to stay awake for 40% cases, I was promised 10 hr or 12 hr shifts. 8 hrs 5 nights in a row I kept writing wasn't working out. instead of taking a nap like the nurse who orientated me on the case I left early. bc im honest was treated like ****. I got rly sick called out one day, they were understandable but only bc I know they need me more then I need them. I respect the day nurses I was one, I make sure I do everything that was never done for me at my last HHC job which I complained about nothing was done. I want out of this job, any types advice? thank u
