1. I work in a 35 bed ICU, and we and the other cardiac ICU use a system called Carevue. It was easy to learn, and seems pretty user friendly - especially after reading some of the other posts.
    It uses pick lists of choices, and our monitors automatically download VS, as do the urine meters. We can also do Point of Care ABG's and they will download, after going through a lab interface. It is pretty sweet, and I will confess to being a big 'puter fan. It amazes me living in Silicon Valley how many nurses are computer phobes!
