California license by Endorsement

I recently applied for a California RN license by endorsement. I have already been working as an RN in Wisconsin for two years and just got a license in Michigan with no issues. HOWEVER, I realized that one of the educational requirements for getting your license is that you have taken all classes/labs required in California. My college did not require a microbiology lab with the class. I am now worried I won't be able to get my license there, and am scheduled to move there in the next few months. One of the girls I graduated with did not take the lab either, and was able to get her license, but when I contacted the school, they said in the last year they had been running into issues with recent graduates not meeting the requirements because of th lab.

Has anyone had issues obtaining their license for not meeting educational requirements?!

I don't know if I should just hope they overlook it/pass it anyways, or if I should enroll in a local college and retake the course with the lab..which costs about $1,500 and would be difficult with my current job....
