California board of nursing - trying to contact them is impossible?!?!

Good morning everyone! I am planning on traveling to Sacramento on Monday (I reside in California in the Coachella Valley) to apply for licensure by endorsement. I have not been able to contact the board by phone or by email and I just want to make sure I have all necessary documents and want to know what to expect. I have had a live scan done already, ordered transcripts (some sent to the board and some sent to me) and initiated Nursys verification. I am extremely nervous because I have a prior discipline but it has been resolved (nothing drug related or patient care related). I would love to hear from anyone who has gone to the board in person and what their experience was. Thank you very much for your responses!
