Are there such things as Nursing Clinical Pathways?

Hello everyone,

As a new grad, I was wondering if anyone knows of a resource that provides nursing specific pathways for emergency patient care to help us prepare slightly better for situations like patient saying " I can't breathe" or "Am having worst headache".

What I mean by that is:

Ex. A pt. is having severe headache and what the immediate, next steps are [ABC, Vitals, Med. Review...etc.] in a well organised, stepwise manner.
