Anyone know of any tutorial software programs?

I want to create a tutorial for the nurses in my hospital to help them learn cardiac meds and rhythms, something simple. I remember my Anatomy teacher made his own, just a bunch of test questions we'd take over and over until we got them right- like the ACLS disc in the books, kind of. My question is, does anyone know of any such program? Software?

Make flashcards. Question one side, answer on other. The ones you get right you pull out of the stack. Keep going through them until you know them all. Studies have shown that by flipping the card over, helps retain answer into memory (action with learning). You could write out what you want them to know simply on index cards, attach them to a ring and they could be carried around anywhere with them to look at/study when standing in line, put on hold, ect.

One idea for ya!

You can use DemoCreator to create a tutorial with your computer. It records what happens on your screen so the only thing you need to do is, make a screencast to tell nurses how to have their job done with computers.

PowerPoint presentation is also a great way to make tutorial.

If you want to have a test after having a training lesson. There are some test maker programs I can use. Google will help you.
