If you had a dialysis patient with a central line that's triple lumen getting albumin IV bolus is ok to transfuse PRBCs in another line simultaneously?

are you talking about giving blood and albumin during/with HD in acute dialysis?

Save the PRBCs for after the run. If they were so unstable that they needed them emergently, they should not be dialyzed and may need crrt.

If they're not being dialyzed concurrently, I would say wait until after the albumin is given. Maybe give lasix between to prevent fluid overload. What are you giving the albumin for?
