Hello, I'm currently interested in the pay for a new grad RN in Alabama any feedback is appreciated .

Which part of Alabama? I'm in the southeast portion and starting pay for an RN at my facility is $18.50/HR.

Depends on what unit you are on. Specialty units like ER, OR,and ICU make more than someone starting on the floor.

It really just depends on the hospital that you will be working at. You can always call and ask what base pay would be.
