My facility recently brought in The Nash Group, A CONSULTING FIRM, to help with staffing. Their staffing is based on a "MINI HOSPITAl" CONCEPT. HAS ANYONE HAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AND IF SO HOW DID IT WORK IN YOUR FACILITY?
