Hi guys, I’m applying to the Texas Tech Nursing program for Fall 2020! I just wanted to get in touch w some of you guys & talk about the program and our chances of getting in. My gpa is really not competitive. Science Gpa 3.25, Overall 3.47. I also got a 86.75 on my Hesi, and will include a letter of recommendation. Is this program really competitive? I’m super nervous. ? I am retaking my chem class which is the only C I have, and a few other to better my chances for the following application period, as well as for Uteps Fall 2020 program.. Let me know your stats below and how you’re feeling about the application! ?

Do you mind telling us your scores this second time around and what your previous ones were?
I hope they’re not going to push back emails because of the COVID-19 ???

I’m hoping they send them out tomorrow. I know it’s usually on Friday’s and after 5:00pm

I applied for the Spring semester. At a time I was taking 5 classes during Summer ,taking care of my son ,and my husband was on deployment. There was a lot going on so I took the HESI I got 70 and I still applied just to see. I was denied because of my HESI score. This time around that I applied I took all my classes including patho My HESI is 81 , I am hoping it’s good enough.
I email my advisor yesterday she said they will be sending emails out next week latest beginning April.
