I was wondering if anyone else has applied to gghson for spring 2018 ABSN.

Yes that would be great!! They are not expensive at all and are 10 mins from the school.

--If yall have an orientation, does anyone know if you guys will have it virtually (online) or in-person?

--And, i know you guys have recently received the schools decisions.... so it might be early, but have yall set up your school email yet?

I've been trying to call about the orientation but apparently they're on a meeting or something. In any case, I sent an email to Bertha to ask about it.

I also already set up my eraider account and 30 min. ago they sent emails about pre-clinical requirements so you guys should check on that. We are also supposed to have our CPR/BLS certifications and community wide orientation and before classes actually start.

Hi! So I was looking into the Warren properties, they're ehh questionable, they are closer to UTEP than TT. It's like 15 minutes away from GGHSON , the catch about them is that there's a lot of construction and heavy traffic in that specific route so either you get out 30 minutes early or you'll get stuck in there.I guess it depends in either you are moving in a car or taking the but, because in bus it's like 1 hour and a half. The prices are okay, around $500 and some friends I talked to, told me they had a very nasty roaches problem. I guess it just depends if you want to put a less expensive apartment over comfort.

Hi guys a little late to this conversation, but I was also accepted into the program, does anybody know when orientation is?

and has anyone started the background check yet? I tried the other day and it told me I wasn't in the system yet

Hi. I live on the NE traffic is not bad. Maybe like 12-15 minutes it takes me to get to TT.

Orientation is Dec.12 at 7:30-3:30. Start your background check ASAP. The board of nursing takes awhile. It took at least 3 months for them to clear me. When you send the declaration send it via certified mail and do your fingerprints as well.

Thanks for the info! I actually found a place in the NW, up close the Franklin Mountain. Also found out all El Paso utility companies are monopolies...
