The most exciting is that our Louisville Campus Associate Degree in Nursing program is ACEN1 accredited!

While Galen enjoys accreditation as a college from SACSCOC, one of the foremost higher education accrediting bodies in the country, ACEN accreditation is specific to nursing and accredits nursing programs within a college or university. It affirms to our students and to the healthcare community that we are committed to high quality standards, as measured against nationally set criteria, and we couldn't be more proud of our dedicated faculty and staff who made this goal possible.

The second exciting item is that we have expanded our pre-admissions testing options! In addition to the NLN PAX, ACT, or SAT, we now accept qualifying HESI A2 and TEAS.
