Future Nurse wanting to work somewhere in South America

I'm an American who speaks fluent Spanish and would like to know where can I work as a nurse in South America where the pay is good as the US

Most likely the pay wont be as good as the US, but you will find that the cost of living is cheaper. The first step is finding a country where you would like to work as a nurse. Not all countries are accepting to Americans so that's another thing to consider. You may want to research different countries and see which culture interests you the most and go from there. Hey I´m in the same shoes as you right now. Did you end up finding any information on working in South America?

I know that the Health system and hospitals in Brazil are very advanced and pay well. But Brazil is more or less American cost of living. The hospitals in Chile are very good as well. Honestly, most of the South American countries need nurses so your chance of finding a job is high.
