Our neighbor's grandsons are named Cooper, Goodrich, and Michelin. So help me! I can't wait until they start going to school. Cooper and Goodrich are family names, but Michelin??

Haha! These are funny. I worked as a CNA for a long time before I became a nurse and used to work with a 17 year old named Clitoria. Her mom was a crack addict who thought it was funny. She told her daughter her father was so good at hitting that spot she kept going back to him until she got pregnant so she named her that. The poor girl went by CC but was planning to change her name as soon as she turned 18.

I had a friend in high school who knew a girl named Vagina. Pronounced to rhyme with Regina, but you can imagine the awkward moment when she had to spell her name for people.

Back when I was around 16 or 17 (many many moons ago), I met a couple that named their baby girl Cocaine. All I could think (even with my adolescent mentality at the time), why in he** someone would name their baby girl that.

As an ex-teacher I have seen some names that just make me question the parents. Two little boys named Choice and Rejoice. The mom said that she had a choice to keep her baby or not and the second one was a happy moment in her life so she named him Rejoice. Though I love the story these boys will have to live with their names. I have had a Prince and Princess. I also had a child named Cajones. I wanted to ask the mom if she knew that there was a Spanish translation for that word.

I went to school with a kid whose legal name was Junior L. ____. His dad died recently and his name was Ralph C.____. Uh...shouldn't ol' Junior's middle initial have matched Dad's since he was a Junior? That's forgetting that Junior isn't really a proper first name.
