From AIDU to NICU/PICU

Hi, I currently work in adult ICU. I worked as staff for close to 2 years and have been traveling for the last 2 years. I'm now looking to transition to NICU or PICU or both. I love being in an intensive care unit and feel that working with kids/newborns will be so much more fulfilling. I have a few permanent positions calling me back so I just wanted to hear from you NICU/PICU nurses. Do you guys enjoy the field?
