Starting a thread for applicants in 2021 year.

I just feel like somebody here would have said if they were selected or not yet. seems like people are only getting unselected

Yes that’s how it normally is done

So for us that are still pending we probably weren’t selected then?

god I hope that wouldn't be the case. on the lottery page it says ALL APPLICANTS WILL HAVE A "PENDING" STATUS until the lottery selection has been completed. Please refer to the website for more details and any important updates.

Not necessarily. I think if our statuses do not change by tomorrow it’s not looking good.

They lottery has been run, but it looks like they are doing unselected first.

Yes, not many have posted unselected yet, I think the ones selected will find out either Thursday or Friday

I think so too. The way I interpreted the email someone else received earlier made it look like selected will be last to have a status change, no news may be good news.

Anyone on the facebook page know how many people on there have been unselected? I feel like they are doing the unselected first this time because that is all we have heard about so far right? No one here or on the FB page has said they were selected? Plus in the email, she said those selected would know by Friday, which leads me to believe they are posting unselected first. But who knows at this point...

Someone posted a screenshot of an email earlier today in which ----------------------- said the selected students will be notified later in the week. Possibly different than years past?
