FOREIGN NURSE STRUGGLING TO FIND JOB

Hi, 

 

So I am an international graduate who did her BSN from Indian and has work experience of 3 years. I came to the USA in 2023 and worked as a Nursing Assistant. It was really tough to get a license from the California board due to the requirement it took around a year to get my process approved finally when it was done I left my job and started preparing for NCLEX for 3 months and I got my CA RN license. I am frustrated because I don't have a job and I am considered as New Grad Nurse. Been far from parents from a long time and finally got reconcile and No job its frustrating 

I heard referal program helps to land a job 

But why there is none who can say I will help you 

I am at the edge of life 

I am so frustrated with the situation 

Please help me to understand what can I do to get a job.
