For the true chocolate lover.....

Nurses General Nursing

Ok ladies, I know us nurses love our chocolate. So next time you are feeling guilty about having a little too much, remember this...

Inside me, there's a thin woman trying to get out........ but I can usually shut the b***h up with chocolate.

UUUUmmmm! Chocolate covered coffee beans!

JUST READING THESE POSTS MAKES ME WANT TO EAT A TON OF CHOCOLATE!!!!!! YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY! HEY!!! I DIDN'T NOTICE THAT STRESSED BACKWARDS SPELLED DESSERTS!!! NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT THAT BEFORE!!!! NOW I KNOW WHY IT'S ALWAYS BEEN SUCH A CURE TO EAT CHOCOLATE WHEN I AM STRESSED!!! THANKS!

Don't forget that chocolate still gives pleasure even when it's soft!

You can GET chocolate.

"If you love me you'll swallow that" has real meaning with chocolate.

Chocolate satisfies even when it has gone soft.

You can safely have chocolate while you are driving.

You can make chocolate last as long as you want it to.

You can have chocolate even in front of your mother.

If you bite the nuts too hard the chocolate won't mind.

Two people of the same sex can have chocolate without being called nasty names.

The word "commitment" doesn't scare off chocolate.

You can have chocolate on top of you workbench/desk during working hours without upsetting your co-workers.

You can ask a stranger for chocolate without getting your face slapped.

You don't get hairs in your mouth with chocolate.

With chocolate there's no need to fake it.

Chocolate doesn't make you pregnant.

You can have chocolate at any time of the month.

Good chocolate is easy to find.

You can have as many kinds of chocolate as you can handle.

You are never too young or too old for chocolate.

When you have chocolate it does not keep your neighbours awake.

With chocolate size doesn't matter.

Not sure if its better but.......... ;)

Did you ever notice that STRESSED spelled backwards is DESSERTS? Excuse me, I'm going to have a Hershey bar with almonds. Ahhhh, I can just feel the stress melting away.

Wow! I never knew that! I make the most incredible fudge from the old recipe on the Marshmallow fluff jar. Too yummy!

Not only does chocolate contain cancer-fighting compounds, but it is also THE best source in the diet for Magnesium. And Mg is used normally by over 200 bodily processes. About 1/3 of the N. American population is deficient in Mg. (Can't quote sources on this; surf the Internet and you'll find lots about this.) So you *should* eat chocolate!

Just before logging on I had my daily doses of Vitamin Ch. Yum. Green & Black's brand is the best!

How funny! This is always the excuse I use when I need chocolate!

"But I can just feel that my Magnesium is low...."

Chocolate is a vegetable -- made from cocoa BEANS. Remember, the food pyramid -- we need to eat lots and lots of vegetables.

This is a specially formulated diet designed to help nurses cope with the stress that builds during the day.

BREAKFAST

1 grapefruit

1 slice whole-wheat toast

1 cup skim milk

LUNCH

1 small portion lean, steamed chicken with a cup of spinach

1 cup herbal tea

1 Hershey's Kiss

AFTERNOON TEA

The rest of the Hershey Kisses in the bag

1 tub of Hagen-Daaz ice cream with chocolate-chip topping

DINNER

4 glasses of wine (red or white)

2 loaves garlic bread

1 family size Supreme pizza

3 Snickers bars

LATE NIGHT SNACK

1 whole Sarah Lee cheesecake (eaten directly from the freezer)

REMEMBER: "Stressed" spelled backward is "desserts."

Send this to four nurses and you will lose two pounds. Send this

to all the nurses you know (or ever knew), and you will lose 10

pounds. If you delete this message, you will gain 10 pounds

immediately!!
