HI
I am taking the test next week. I was talking to a fellow classmate she has not taken the test yet but did well on Hesi and is depending on that.
She thinks the test is basic level and you need to choose the easy to do answer since it is based on basic level nursing. Does anyone have any insight to that?

You need to read the question and select which applies. Most people are able to discount 2 of the answers and then you need to decide on the other 2, this is where your studying comes into place and you think about Maslow, ABC etc. Differences would be SATA (select all that apply) as none, some or all the answers may be required. Better to practice questions and think about the rationale to the ones you got wrong and check where you went wrong
Good luck
