What is the difference between a FNP and a ANP, other than the obvious difference which is family and adult?

difference is as you pointed out - fnp is all ages. adult np is the np who may not treat children/infants in the practice.

Someone on this site posted not too long ago that employment opportunities for FNPs are diminishing. Has that been an issue for any recent FNP grads?
