Hey y’all!! I’m taking prerequisites and I’m hoping to apply by May 2022 Lord willing. I noticed that the previous program started a post and figured why not get one started for the next class. I’ll update this post when I apply and if/when I get accepted.
It’s so upsetting like they literally had from the 10th on to process this and I don’t understand how last fall got there’s literally a whole week after everyone finished phase 2 and we’re going on 3 weeks. I’m not even gonna bother telling my family anything changed cause I just don’t wanna deal with sympathies and sorrys. I’m mad.
It depends on what you’re taking. I take like 4 cause I’m ~extremely mentally ill~ and 2 of mine can show up for false positives for amphetamine. There are at home tests that you can take, a 10 panel one which is prob what we will be taking that you can buy from Amazon or any local store. If you take adderall for example, you might want to bring your bottle. I have at home ones (I bought 2) I actually used one when we got into phase 2 and I was clean on everything. I have one more I’ll use before the day of the test to double check but I think I’m fine.
yes karli that is the medicine I take so I’m worried about having a false positive for amphetamines. not taking it is not really an option for me, I take it every day and would needs weeks for it to be out of my system, and I’m totally useless without it. I will probably email the advisor after we get our results but I will definitely bring the bottle in as well.
I honestly think you’ll be fine since you have a script for it! I would email (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) when you get your notification but I think it really just depends on the ppl at the lab. They’re the ones that send out the results so I think just showing them the bottle will be enough!
I know for my fiancé he also takes it everyday as well and his job drug tests and if he did show up positive he just needed the bottle and it was fine.
Hi guys,
Assuming I get in, has anyone heard anything about the Lee Health student nurse positions? I saw on Lee Health jobs that they hire student nurses after the fundamentals course is complete. I was curious about the pay. I would much rather be getting nursing experience than working my regular job during nursing school.
I left my old job in retail and started to work for lee health this Feb. I work in a administrative position the pay is good but that is because I worked retail which is very low wages. I will say I love it and I work with the ER room. After a year they pay a portion towards your tuition and you get benefits even if you work part time. Right now I am working full time hours dropping to just weekends this fall. If I don't get into the program I still will be full time getting more pre reqs out of the way. I would definitely apply if I were you.

I’m so upset. I literally cried driving to Walmart LMAO. I’ve been so stressed and stressing my partner and looooooool what a joke.
I don’t blame you AT ALL! They didn’t even say the beginning of next week literally the end of next week. I’m so annoyed.
