Florida SouthWestern State College (FSW) - Fall 2022

Hey y’all!! I’m taking prerequisites and I’m hoping to apply by May 2022 Lord willing. I noticed that the previous program started a post and figured why not get one started for the next class. I’ll update this post when I apply and if/when I get accepted. 

Lee day for you too? What were your scores? I don’t have any of my scores but to be fair I think I did great IDK! How do they calculate GPA? Every course or just the mandatory ones needed?

Yeah Lee day is my first choice, then collier and Charlotte. In the thread a couple pages back, I explained how to calculate your GPA and how to tally your total scores. Overall, I ended with a 73.

Same! As the wait gets goes on longer and longer I get more and more anxious which affects my appetite and I LOVE to eat so it’s a struggle bus right now. Today makes 9 business days they’ve had to calculate so like *I hope* it’s today.

I literally bit all my nails off!! A habit I cracked 4 years ago!! It’s back now ?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️

Oh no! I feel that super hard. My fiancé is nails but I’m lips, I will literally bite at my lips until they bleed sometimes because I’m so anxious ?. I was doing well until this week LOL

don't worry guys! remember to breathe, get some sun and fresh air, and remember your worth is not tied to the results. we can always reapply in the fall and that program is much less competitive. if you're going for lee day, you're going for the most competitive schedule at the most competitive campus during the most competitive cycle! we are all loved and smart and amazing people regardless of the results! our families and friends will always love us and be proud of us! ❤️ I am so happy to be in this community

That was super sweet and needed to hear that! I’ve been in bed all day just sulking LOL. I’m not worried about the actual results I’m just super impatient and would like to know. You’re right though, we all just need to breathe and take a step back. It’s just super hard to do personally, since I have diagnosed mental illnesses it has not been an easy week. I’m fortunate enough to have a strong support system but it’s tough. Having this community has been really helpful to know I’m not alone and around ppl who actually get what we’re going through. I’m rooting for everyone and hope we all hear back today. ❤️
