I passed the state CNA exam yesterday (hooray!!), so today I am busy checking out available positions. I would like to work for BayCare in the Clearwater area. On each of the CNA positions they prefer 1 year of ULIC care. Can someone explain to me what that is. Also, how hard is it for a new CNA to obtain employment without any experience. This is a new career path for me and I can't wait to get started.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Sunsetgal - did you ever find out what ULIC care means? I'm looking into Baycare for a job and noticed some require ULIC care.
