Hey guys. Does anyone mind posting stats please?? I have a 3.83 in the pre reqs and just under one year of healthcare experience. I'm 23 years old. I'd like to hear from anyone, especially those who got in to fsu accelerated.

To anyone who was looking for a patho course I saw a previous year's thread mentioning they took it online a UWF. That might be an option.

I got accepted for fall 2014, my stats were 3.8 prereq GPA, 3.6 undergrad GPA, 1 year working as receptionist at drug and alcohol rehab center.

I took patho at UWF online and the workload is not too bad. 1 quiz, 1-2 assignments due every week. Quizzes are hard if you do not study material as he gives you 25 min for 20 questions and it seems that he makes his own questions (meaning you cannot google them and expect to see a straight forward answer) It's not a hard class if you just dedicate time to STUDY. I got a B in the class btw.

Hey everyone!

My name is Laura, I got accepted to FSU's Accelerated Nursing Program. I am so excited! I graduated from UCF with Honors in Psychology in May 2013. I wrote a thesis titled, "Gender Roles and Perceived Physical Attractiveness." My overall GPA is around a 3.6, my science GPA is 3.67 (I am currently finishing APII in April), my Nursing pre-requisite GPA (SYG, DEP, etc) is 3.5. I was a Volunteer UCF Hunger and Homelessness Committee member, I planned and executed charity events on/off campus. I am a lifetime member of Psi Chi Honor Society, I was Treasurer for the 2012-2013 school year. I have been working at an eye doctors office for more than a year.

I am looking for a roommate as well for my year stay at FSU. I am waiting to hear a reply from UCF's Accelerated Program, but I am so excited to (potentially) be a Seminole!! My Facebook name is: Laura Frances, message me if you had gotten accepted! I would love to chat with you!!

congrats to all that got accepted. I will be applying for the 2015 accelerated program. does anyone know the approx cost for the entire program for in state resident? thanks

jamesr24, contact gabriela at FSU CON. she is the secretary, unless she recently moved to another position. ask her for for approximate cost of the proram. at one time they had a nursing program cost breakdown in a word doc. maybe they still do. even if it's for the traditional program, you can correlate to ABSN.
