@77for2011, thnaks for the reminder;) and yes I didn't make my physical until the 12th... I think that was the only thing that had to be dated after the 11th.

Health department is not getting flu vaccine til September. Varicella at health depth is $107!

My good friend and super study buddy got in too, and we're so excited to finish this journey together. I look forward to meeting all of you and becoming friends for life. As I hear that other RN students will be your ROCK.
Can't wait to meet you all. I'm days too!

I am seriously so sorry that you have worked so hard and now have to decline. :crying2:

There's always next semester. However, I do know that many people are doing student loans to help them through the next 16 months. I know I hate being in debt....but.....in the end, I think it is going to pay off. It's GOOD debt! Haha. Whatever your choice, I wish you the best!!!!

Oh, just wanted to let everyone know in case you don't already, that as a student, we are all eligible for FREE Amazon Prime membership = FREE SHIPPING! On my first glance I'm seeing Amazon with the best online price (Littman Cardio 3) when you factor in shipping. You just have to apply and give them your school email address for confirmation. Let me know what you find locally for the scope.

Just got off the phone with Northside medical clinic and they gave me the following prices.

titers: MMR 30.00, Hep B 25.00, Varicella 30.00

vaccines: TDAP 50.00 flu shot 25.00

TB test: 12.00

physical 40.00

and they do the drug test there as well.

They are open Mon-Fri 8 to 4 but if you want the physical there is no doctor on Tuesday and you need to get there before 3 the rest of the week to see the doctor.
