Old exams/ class notes for review

I am a new nursing student and am excited and nervous at th same time. I just want to do well. I hear so may stories. Where can I get old student class note or sample exams? I would like to stay a little ahead in my readings ect... so that I can ask questions during lecture.

You have to get these materials from students who are ahead of you in your own school. Old notes/exams/textbooks were a big commodity in a couple of schools I went to (both had nrsg schools). Try to meet some of these people at school and look at the bulletin boards where students are allowed to post. If you are in the Excelsior program, study materials can be found for sale on e-bay.
