Didn't see a thread for this yet so here it is. I believe the application is still open, despite supposedly capping it at 200 applicants. Anyone else here apply?

Not sure if I missed something but was the app simply just making your profile and uploading your docs to it? I feel like it was a very short and I'm paranoid I'm missing something lol. It is listed under jobs I applied to though..

I got an email this morning saying theres been some issues so if you've had problems with the assessments i would wait to take it!

This afternoon I received a call from Thea (recruitment manager) and she said that there's an issue on Prophecy's end regarding the assessments. She warned me that if I had already completed the assessments that I may have to retake them again. She wasn't completely sure what Prophecy is doing to fix the issue, but there may be a chance that they reset all of our accounts and resend new login info. She ensured me that they would extend the deadline and send us updates via email today. She also said that they are hoping this issue will be resolved within the next 24 hours. Hope this helps those of you unsure about what's been happening with Prophecy!

Regarding the one-way interview, I was wondering if anyone had done it yet - I wanted to know (1) how much time is given after you record the first time and would like to rerecord for the second time and (2) how much time is in between each of the 4 questions. I understand that for each question we're given 30 seconds to read the question and collect our thoughts about it, then x minutes to answer the question. I'm very unfamiliar with this process, so any of this info would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

For the one-way interview, the first and second recording gives you a maximum of 5 minutes to complete your answer and if you want to re-record your answer or go onto the next question, you do so when you're ready. It won't automatically take you onto the next question when you're done recording. I hope this helps you and others who are wondering about the process of the interview.

Just wondering if anyone received an email from prophecy regarding the assessment with test information and a new log in? I got a reminder to take my assessment on just clinical, then another email requesting me to take the assessment with just situational and behavioral assessment? Not sure if this is correct so I emailed them with the email address that was provided to us and said it will take 1 business day for them to respond. Anyone else have this issue?

I just got a reply saying that I do need to take four separate tests. I thought it was going to be all in one big test.

I think so. Have you checked your spam folder or tabs if you have a gmail account? My invitation was not in my primary inbox, but the interview is due today.
