250 Questions

:( Hello everyone. I took my boards this morning and I am certain that I failed. (that seems to be the census of what everyone thinks!). I got 250 questions and by the time I got to the last question, I thought I CAN'T LOOK AT ANY MORE QUESTIONS!!! But...hopefully I find out my grade by Friday (2 days from now). Has anyone passed with that amount of questions? Oh, and to top it all off, after I left the testing center I got lost, went down a four way ONE WAY street, got pulled over, the cop was screaming at me, then he gave me directions, then I got lost again and finally had to pull over because I was crying so hard. SOMEONE HELP ME!:(

I'm so sorry.....just take it easy and do something nice and fun for yourself to occupy your time for the next couple of days. What's done is done. At this point there is nothing more you can do about hte situation until you find out whether you passed or not. I know it's easier said than done, but just try to distract yourself. If you're anything like me, nightime is the worst for worrying because it gives your mind a chance to pick everything apart. Try going to bookstore and picking out an uplifting, funny book to read at night. I reccomend either "Good in Bed" or "Goodnight Nobody" by Jennifer Weiner. But that's just my $.02. Please post back and let us know how you did! I'm so nervous....I take my exam on the 12th.

What a day you had KMW. Im sure you've read the number really doesn't matter. I failed with 265 and a very close friend passed with 265. So anything is possible.

Get some rest.

Good luck to you Bean. Im going to check out those books you listed.

Thanks...and just to mention, I like the Sauders, but I really don't like the Princeton one too much. I would stick with Sauders, but check it out for yourself. It's been over 2 years since I bouth the edition I have....they've undoubtedly fixed the errors and come up with a more current edition than the one I have.

About the books, I didnt try the two that you have listed, but I did use the Lippincott's book and I thought that it was pretty good if you're interested. Just thought I'd mention it! I am feeling a little better today, just got home from work and now I'm going to relax a bit and HOPE that it is posted tomorrow morning whether I passed or failed. Good luck to you both!

Congratulations!!! I have to take mine on the 30th and I am SOOO scared!! Can you offer any advice? I am reviewing using the Saunders review, but so far it's just lots and lots of questions. Now that you know you passed, did it still seem just as hard?? I took the practice HESI (they say it practically tells you what you'll make on NLCEX) and found it to be pretty hard. Maybe that's just me though. Congratulations again!!! It's got to be a great feeling. If you have any advice, PLEASE respond. I'd deeply appreciate it! Have a great one!!
