first semester Med surg class,,, hardest system to learn?

last test was on kidney failure,, now we are studying heart disease,,, for anyone who has had first semester med surg,, what was the hardest system/test you have to learn about?

Cardiac was always my weakest area. And now that I'm almost done and ready to graduate, it's finally starting to make sense. I find learning the cardiac system intimidating--don't know why, I just do.

Another endocrine person. I really don't feel it is that complicated now (It's been almost a year since we tested on it) but it was just a hair too much information to digest at the time. Others find cardiac mystifying..... I really like it.

I agree with endocrine....also found respiratory/metabolic acidosis/alkalosis (reading labs) difficult.
