Hi everyone, Im new to this website and have seen great feedback given to members on here! I decided to ask for some advice from you all and hope to get honest responses. Please excuse any grammar mistakes I may make :)

Currently I live in Ontario, Canada and I have just finished up nursing school here ( Graduation date is this June!) I have begun applying to a ton of Registered Nursing jobs yet haven't heard anything back just yet. To be clear - I havent taken the NCLEX just yet - but plan on doing so at July 17th.

Should I quit job searching now and resume after i take the NCLEX? Or should i continue to keep looking for a job while I study?

You can keep applying, but if the job market is like the U.S. you may have limited luck securing interviews and/or offers until you actually have your license. Is there a reason you are waiting until July to test?

Depends on the market in your area. I don't graduate until August, plan to take NCLEX in September. I started applying to new grad positions a few weeks ago. I've had a phone interview and waiting on HR to follow up with scheduling in person interviews. I know a handful of my classmates already have job offers. Then others on the forum posting about having trouble even getting interviews prior to passing the NCLEX.
