Less than an hour actually- 55 minutes to be exact. I stopped at 75 questions and I got the last question right b/c I went home and looked it up but I think getting the last question right determines pass/fail on 265, right? not 75? In any case, it's over and I did my best. Obviously I could have slowed down -but hindsight being 20/20 and all that.

Getting the last question correct or incorrect doesn't determine pass or fail for any number of questions the tester got.
Fingers crossed, I'm sure you did well

I take my test tomorrow and I am TRYING very hard not to stress out. How long did you study? Congrads.......I am sure you passed.
I did 100 to 150 questions every day for the last two months. I also did the Kaplan review course which I hope was worth doing. It felt like it was, I will know for sure in two days. I get the stress, when I went in this morning I was less stressed that I had felt for months because it was just finally time to do it. Now I am thinking way too much and getting freaked out!!! good luck to you!!!

I finished 75 questions in less than an hour also. Looking back I should have taken my time, but I got so frustrated with the questions I was getting I started clicking the first answer that jumped at me. But I passed, so my first instincts must have been right.

Good luck Spring08!!! Try and take some deep breaths and keep yourself busy. Maybe watch something funny.
YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!
Vanurse08, when I took mine I started at 8am and finished a few minutes before 9:30a. I passed with 75. I'm sure you did great!!!!!! The wait drives you crazy though!!!!!!

Number of questions that you got as well as getting the last question right or wrong does nothing in determining if one has passed or not. Makes no difference with 265 questions, or with 75 questions. That is not how they score the exam at all.
You are going to need to wait until results are available. There is no way to second guess at all.
Best of luck to you.

I also was out in about an hour for my LPN and RN with the min and was sure I had passed. Here is a survey on the number of questions:

Less than an hour is fine. I took the test so fast (25 minutes) that I didn't even remember a single question (wasn't even sure I read them correctly, I was so stressed!) and had absolutely no clue how I did. Luckily I passed at 75 questions.
