Hi,
I am a med surg nurse with 15 months experience. I left my initial roll on an Ortho/Neuro/Stroke unit that also had a Rehab section for another med surg roll at a different hospital. I personally do not like anything about bedside nursing and plan to find another area in the future such as occupational health or ambulatory surgery.
I have 2 bachelor’s degrees (Kinesiology Exercise Science and BSN in Nursing) and I am hoping that will only help me better find the job I’m looking for. Can anyone tell me what kind of jobs are out there that are not bedside (from experience and word of mouth as well) and also if there are nursing jobs that fit well with my multiple degrees??
Any and all input is very appreciated! Thanks in advance!

occupational health or ambulatory surgery.
Good choices. Lots of patient contact and you'll use your skills.
Good luck, ChrisRN!
