She is taking a lot of natural health supplements but still has constant pain in areas. Any other nurses dealing with this? I would appretiate any advise how I could help her with any recommendation.

Its Tough Working When Dealing With These Syndromes/diseases. Flax Seed Oil In Capsule Helped Me Alot. Is She Seeing A Rheumatologist? Unfortunately Getting Enough Rest Is A Big Factor And Thats Difficult Due To The Pain.

Your friend needs to see a good rheumatologist if this hasn't already been done.

I'm 44 and have lived with this horrible dz for more than 1/2 of my life.....I would just like 1 whole 24 hours period pain free.......geezzz, I really don't think I could handle that, pain free...
What burns me us is that some people, in healthcare, dispell this can tell you your depressed or it's all in your head........well then, my head hurts so darn bad it's depressing.....how's that???
I'm taking flax seed......hard to swallow them big bugars...... :rotfl: taking celebrex, naproxen, amatriptoline, what ever will work. I walk, we have a sauna....it's heaven in the winter.....and we are getting ready to get a hot-tub. (had one in the past and it really helped)......having trouble finding a good doc who really understands it.
Good luck
Thanks for the information. I ran across a link to a simmilar discusion on this form. I will pass all to my friend. Thanks again...
