I feel like I should give up. I failed my first exam and now my second exam. We need a 75 to pass. One was a 71 and the other a 69.
I tried to study different ways but only meeting with two other students who have a B in the class to see how they're studying.
I was teaching them the material!
I have no problem understanding the concepts. I honestly felt good handing in my second exam only to find out I got a 69.
I feel like I should withdraw because there's no way I can pass.
We have one more exam, two more quizzes which are 10% of our grade and the final which is 25%.
I feel depressed a lot from school. Everyone keeps telling me I can still pass but I really don't see how.
I just feel like my dream has shattered.

I'm in my first semester as well. Go talk to your professors and get their advice on what you should do.
Since you feel like you understand the concepts and you can teach it to other students, maybe the NCLEX questions are an issue. They're tough questions and learning how to answer them takes some practice.
If you have any online resources that come with your textbooks, practice answering questions with them. Getting familiar with the style is half the battle of nursing school.

Whenever one does poorly on an exam, promptly meet with the professors involved. Review the exam with them, and bring your notes to show how you are taking notes. Ask them what you should do differently. Our school also has a 75 for passing. B is 82 to 90. If you are going to meet with other students, do try for those who are in the A range unless those with B's are close to an A.
Lastly, at our school the day program is extremely intense and fast with the evening program being less intense (because it is spread out more) and more steady. So if you are in the day program, maybe there's an evening program as an option.

You can still pass! I passed my last two semesters of nursing school with a 81.2 and an 80.3
My school required a minimum of 80 to advance in the program.
I found that I had to put in a lot of hours in the library reading and taking notes as I read and then turning those notes into note cards. Also, meeting twice a week for study sessions to just discuss topics we didn't understand clearly.
Seek out your professors as well, they want to see you succeed!
I finished an associate degree with a 3.8 and finished my ADN with a 2.8
Granted an 80 to 86 was a C, 87 to 94 was B and 95 and above was A
Just keep at it and dedicate yourself, you will do fine.
