Again sorry if this thread already exists. I saw one for ACNPs but not for FNPs.
Family NPs - post here what you do. Type of office or setting etc. Also what age group you work with. I know there is a wide variety of options and I want to see what all of your actual jobs are listed in one place. Thanks!

I work in a family practice setting as a provider. I see pts age 1 month-no age limit, oldest so far is 103 for physicals, follow up on chronic conditions, and acute conditions. I also round in nursing homes and the hospital.

I work for a large primary care practice. We mainly see adult/elderly patients. I've never seen any children at that practice, other than the occasional sports physical for teens. I also work at an urgent care clinic and we see ages 3 and up, although the majority of our patients are adults, we rarely see elderly patients and rarely see kids. I prefer it that way.

I work in a primary care practic with patients ranging from 1 month to no age limit. I don't do any inpatient work, just outpatient primary care.
In any given day I will see peds, teen, adult, geriatric patients which for me is a great learning environement that keeps me on my toes.
